Stripped out screw hole

So you have a screw hole that's stripped out? Maybe a cabinet door hinge, lock strike get the idea. No problem, here are two easy tips to solve your dilema.

Stick toothpicks inside the hole and break them off flush with the wood. Stick several in until it's full and then try putting your screw in. For bigger holes, try using golf tees. This also works great if you need to start a new hole right next to the old and the screw just keeps trying to go in the old hole. If you're still having problems, give us a call and we'll get you taken care of.
