has been involved in the construction industry for most of his life. His father had owned a construction business for nearly 15 years, specializing in roofing, but also providing other remodeling services such as flooring and framing. Eric worked alongside him during his adolescence, and gained a basic knowledge of carpentry from that experience before his father retired.
Not only has he worked in the construction field, but his mother’s side of the family has provided him with access to a wealth of automotive knowledge. In high school he worked as a mechanic’s assistant at a local hot rod restoration company where he developed his mechanical aptitude. A skill that has continued to be an asset to this day.
Eric joined the team in the summer of 2017 and quickly proved himself as a very reliable member of Team Handy. Eric is very dependable and a self-starter who prides himself on providing high quality workmanship. These qualities along with his high morals and integrity has proven to be a vital asset to Team Handy.
While working full-time for Team Handy, he also attends University of Southern Indiana in the evenings to complete his biology degree. While his roots are embedded in construction, his passion is Marine Biology and hopes to one day make that a reality.
